Refund Policy

All products sold on this site are digital downloads. Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy and the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
General Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, I do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the download link has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital products and is in line with consumer protection laws for intangible goods.
Exceptions
I will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- The files are corrupted or incomplete and I am unable to provide working replacements
- You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge)
- The product was significantly different from what was described on the product page
Compatibility
Please ensure your hardware or software is compatible with the product before purchasing. Compatibility requirements are listed on each product page. Refunds are not issued for incompatibility issues if the requirements were clearly stated.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact me within 7 days of purchase via the contact page with your order details and a description of the issue. I aim to respond within 48 hours.
